Perhaps you too have struggled in your bible studies as I have, with so many references to Israel and the Jewish people, I just felt uneasy. Many quoting consistantly that the people of Israel are God’s special and chosen people. Well, we certainly want the Jewish people to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We should be praying for them, but there seems to be a very strong emphasis on how “special” the nation and it’s people are. This will probably ruffle some feathers but some professing Christians seem to put more emphasis and focus on the Nation, overshadowing what is most important, the Lord Jesus Christ.
